Adult Learner

Ordinarily I wouldn't bother leaving a review for a game of this "quality", but as I write this Adult Learner somehow has a 4.5 star rating. Which is just wrong. So here's a dose of reality. Adult Learner is a very basic game, with generic AI girls, and some truly laughable dialogue. Case in point - our forty-something MC goes to his first college class, says.. something. I can't even remember what. Like he answers some banal question from the teacher. And the twin LI's are literally "oh wow, that guy who just said one sentence is obviously very wise and mature and smart and knowledgeable. We should totally hang on his every word from now on". Yeah, it's ridiculous. The writing is just bad. Dialogue is less natural than a Twinkie. Nobody in this game feels like a human being, and it's not like it can fall back on amazing visuals or anything. Even for the game's short length there are remarkably few images. See those preview images? Yeah, that's about a quarter of the total images in the game. You'll see the same 2d chromakeyed girls wearing the same outfits over and over gain. And despite being 4 releases in (v0.4 at time of writing) the only sex in the game is your coworker getting plowed by other faceless coworkers, while you watch through from outside the door like an absolute loser. So yeah, bad writing, a handful of middling images, no sex that the player is actually involved in... and people are giving this 4 and 5 star reviews. What the fuck are they smoking?

I would give it 5 stars to encourage the developer as it is good writing and even if the art is ai, it gets the job done... what I really do not appreciate however is turning the cute co-worker into the office slut... being blindsided by 2 dicks in her face really should count as ntr not "voyeurism"...

Nice snacky little game, most of the AI generated pictures are top notch, one I've seen so far had an overshadow, but that didn't spoil the fun any. Yet to figure out if the points mean anything, I assume "checkpoint" points. Reasonable update rate - I mean, for a freebie they're great - don't stop bringing on the fun.

This VN shows a lot of promise right from the start. The premise immediately grabbed my attention, and I’m eager to see where the story goes. Unfortunately, the first release is a bit short, leaving me wanting more, but I’m genuinely excited to see how it will develop in future updates. The art is also nice! I’m definitely looking forward to what’s next!

So far its very short, just an introduction really. I like the premise. An older man going back to college to get the education he missed when younger. How the various females enter into what type of relationship isn't determined yet. I hope we will have the opportunity to choose who and how many sexual relationships the MC ends up in. Maybe an opportunity to end up with Mom and be a father figure to the girls. Alternately the MC could have a May December romance with one or both of the twins. I would hope all these opportunities are possible. The characters are attractive and sexy, if a bit buxom. Not that I mind big tits, but not every woman on the planet has such large boobs, so it lacks a bit of realism. The author has tried to make some differentiation to the (so far) 3 LIs but it remains to be seen how different they will be. Also, the mother is supposedly 37 but looks pretty much as youthful as her two 18 year old daughters. Another point of lack of realism. The dialogue is sufficient. It gets the point across quickly and thoroughly. It is also fast paced which I like. There are no grammatical errors as far as I can tell. There is no sex scenes yet, just the mother showering where we get a boob shot. Then the VN ends. So far so good. The VN has promise. I'll keep an eye on it.
