This 3D game is probably a bit different to the usual games out here, it's sort of like a youtuber simulator at heart. I made this game primarily for me but I'm releasing it for everyone. When your childhood best friend dropped out out college to move to your city, she turned to you for help. She wants to be the best gaming creator out there. But living in an expensive city is hard. Will you be able to manage her streams and help her pay off her rent every week? Or will she be seduced by her landlord. NOTE: The first scene will probably happen around week 2 or 3 in game! But in-game time goes by pretty damn fast so I hope it doesn't feel too grindy and is actually fun to play. Spoiler NTR avoidable! A feature I've been meaning to add for a while - some simple particle effects during scenes and variations withing the landlord ending. Added particle effects setting for 'plap', 'glug' and heart effects during diary scenes or stream scenes. Check the settings screen to enable these. Added a depth of field setting (only in first person). There are now 2 different endings within the landlord ending based on corruption and additional variations of dialogue within the corruption ending based on how far the corruption has progressed and if you choose to accept her offer to stay for a while. Fixed a tiny bug in stream 5 v1.17 Updated to Godot Engine version 4.5 Schedule UI has been changed and the logic rewritten to require fewer clicks. You can now see all the scheduling info on a single schedule page instead of it requiring 3 clicks. Added tutorial icon to PC and updated the tutorial text. The work option now pays the player a small amount of money. Watching the lewd streams now requires you to first buy each video (From the player's funds) for $300. Interesting game; the constant danger enhances the gameplay and makes the reward more enjoyable. But I wish there was a way to avoid being cuckolded. And when you enter the room, the characters don't react.

The game runs great, the graphics are good, and the story... I really liked it. The main character's promiscuity is a nice touch. Most importantly, this game proves that its creator is a true man of culture. We need more devs like him.

Version 1.17 Difficult to review. The potential is fantastic and what is present is enjoyable yet the gameplay is much less than would be hoped. A severe lack of feedback confuses what are actually, and unfortunately, very simple systems. When so many other developers drown in unwieldy sand box pits this game maintains a prudent K.I.S.S. methodology. The overview of the narrative is as such: The MC is a young man living in an apartment complex near his perverted, alcoholic landlord. The childhood friend of our MC needs a place to stay and so moves into the complex, coincidentally in the room connected by wall to the landlord's. She desires to begin a streaming career and asks the MC to manage her money to ensure there is enough to cover the costs of living while still upgrading the streaming set-up as expedient. The day to day is checking emails if present, reviewing the previous day's stream, looking at the popular games of the day, setting the FMC's stream game, working, then sleeping. The player has the option of walking around the complex but there is generally nothing to do or see ** . The UI leaves something to be desired though it has made improvements. ** Until the player progresses down the Landlord NTR path. Spoiler: Primary Game Loop Comments and Dreams: - On videos there are generally more comments than likes/dislikes. While it makes sense for the purposes of the game (comments affect the FMC's morals) it is terribly backward from reality. - There doesn't seem to be any correlation with the likes/dislikes and comments either - 1 like, 4 dislikes, 6+ positive comments is odd. - The game selection box randomizing every day is annoying when the player has a "regular" game. - Having the primary scheduling screen require scrolling is unfortunate. - The "Schedule Steam" button should lock better. Switching back to the screen automatically unlocks, to allow changing things I guess, which has led to a number of missed stream days. - Limited games makes balancing viewers tastes difficult. - Does playing popular game of the day actually lead to more reach? - There doesn't seem to be a direct effect for any of the investments in advertising, music, art, etc.. - Loading resets the sponsor. Losing a very lucrative payout and the days already spent with it because I want to check out different response to a choice was mildly irritating. - Loading also resets the investments. Since they don't appear to do anything leaving them at 0 becomes SOP. - The mercurial nature of the viewers, while realistic, reduces the game aspect to choosing the popular game of the day, choosing the most valuable sponsor, and ignoring comments entirely except for deleting unwanted ones. (More on that in the story-line section.) - The shop could use an overhaul. Requiring some purchases in sequence is strange and all the more-so that so many have no seeming relation? Upgrading the power supply before the GPU I could understand but upgrading the ram before a keyboard baffles. (I cannot remember the specific requirements, the example is not exact.) - Turning and walking to bed is, by extreme repetition, boring. The usual game loop really should probably be entirely GUI based with the option to sleep available on the PC. The option to stand up, for when events occur or at player discretion, would naturally be available. - The FMC and Landlord's apartments should be swapped. As the latter's door is always locked except payday and the former's says "knock" unless she is "occupied' reaching her door first would save steps. - The gate on the side of the FMC's apartment should be open or operable allowing the player to make a full loop rather than a "U" shape to check the doors and windows. - A drop-down menu to select categories to find fitting games. - Searchable game name. - A player-set default game and other steam stuff. - Commenters understanding "You can say whatever if you donate." - Having set stream days and having specific games set for specific days, ie "We do Mystic Quest on Thursdays". This, hopefully, would prevent viewers abandoning the stream so regularly. - More to see and do, particularly other tenants of both sexes. - At some point being able to use the complex's cameras would be interesting. The landlord having the tech savvy MC install them seems a natural event. - Ignoring activities with the Landlord, the FMC can be caught sleeping, streaming, or watching innocent TV. Catching her masturbating if her lewdity is high but she isn't shtuping the Landlord or MC, her streaming on her OnlySluts account, and her watching porn instead as she is corrupted would work well. - The day only being two parts seems wasteful. A morning, evening, night would be more flexible surely? - More stuff in the diary and character profiles. FMC doesn't mention opening an OnlySluts account at all? The internal guilt/greed conflict would be so good! - FMC's bio never changes from "wanting a true love". Having that switch to "wants more money" would be brutal (in a hot corruption sense). - Being able to rename the Landlord. Obvious Western writing with Japanese names is a personal pet-peeve. - Likewise changing the Onsen to Bath-house. - Voyeur scenes with Bath-house to come I assume. - More ambient sound around the complex. Bird song and the like. - Seasons (Summer,Autumn,Winter,Spring) would be great, though a tremendous amount of work for very little gain. (Curse my extensive wardrobe fetish!) There are four-ish main story lines (as of 0.17): The MC and FMC's love story The FMC and Landlord's lurid affair The FMC's streaming career The FMC's camgirl career All four can be active at once and either 1 or 2 must be ongoing. There is unique dialogue for having 1 and 2 both, mostly relating to "firsts", which is very nice! There's few things more annoying than games that silo paths - especially paths that can happen concurrently. 1 an 2 are entirely based on the weekly rent payments. Paying results in the 1st, failure in the 2nd. 3 happens naturally, though the player can simply not set stream schedules and ignore it completely. This locks the player into 2 due to lack of money. 4 happens if the player allows to many pink/lewd comments to stay on the videos. There is some crossover with 2 but none with 1. (Scene-wise, not dialogue.) Spoiler: Narrative Comments and Dreams: - The player's dialogue choices seem to be meaningless. The MC can be the most aloof, uncaring person yet if he succeeds at rental payments the FMC declares her love and he reciprocates. There are some dialogue choices that may raise the lewd/horny stat? - The MC's positive/lover (?) dialogue frequently dips into childishness or simping. "I bet YOU spilled that (obvious cum covered tits) over her!" "Heh, you might be right." Some of the "caught in the act" scenes strain credulity but it is a porno so these must be forgiven. - The landlord is completely locked to missed payments. He is, presumably, far too drunk to try anything if he has the money to buy booze. I don't know if his scenes even raise the lewd/horny level since they're apparently completely separate. - The pink comments uniformly raise an invisible "lewd/horny" stat. A comment stating "You're lovely!" and one saying "I want to see you rammed by a group of homeless men!" are considered the same. At a certain undisclosed level the FMC opens a OnlySluts account in secret and starts path 4. The player who wishes to avoid 4 should delete all pink comments regardless of their textual content. The game is not clear on this point.* - At two particular levels the FMC's clothes also become more slutty, but only when you knock on her door. Annoyingly, when looking through her window she is dressed normally. - The camgirl career starts with online exhibition and rapidly devolves into IRL activities including a train operated by homeless men. These are very, very different things. Being and exhibitionist and being a slut are not the same. The triggers for each video seem to be particular (or randomized?) so that the escalation can be farcical. - For gameplay reasons the OnlySluts stream records are $300 a piece. Issue being the MC is ostensibly responsible for FMC's money. There are 5+ commenters in each stream + the MC = $1800. Giving a 50/50 split still provides an unaccounted for $900 that should return to the FMC and MC. Honestly I may have simply missed it but I don't remember any strangely more profitable videos. - The forced love affair between a competent MC and the FMC precludes a potential OnlySluts manager role. Even if the player shows no interest in the FMC and full-heartedly supports her whoring it up it remains a secret. - The FMC's nipples appear to be non-existent and flat. Even if they're supposed to be reverse nipples they'd erect during arousal right? - An path were the FMC doesn't fall in love with the MC or have a sexual affair with the landlord. Preferably NOT a "decline her deceleration of love" or similar. - The MC being able to know what is happening and care but not give the Landlord the satisfaction. - The Landlord making more moves regardless of other factors. He only peeps twice? - The ability to play wing-man for the Landlord. (There are already some choices that seem to lean this way.) Including directly selling out the FMC for cheaper rent instead of getting discounts unknowingly. As the MC's rent is automatically deducted from his pay these arrangements would "raise" his salary also. - The Landlord voyeuristic-ly watching the MC and FMC in flagrante delicto . - Do wish there was a FMC simply showering in Landlord's apartment or vice versa event to match the email. - The Landlord sharing a thin wall with the FMC is only used twice. Once when she overhears him watching porn and once when he hears her camming. The Landlord overhearing the MC and FMC exercising and misinterpreting seems an obvious one. The landlord's pornos being heard on FMC's streams another. - An "open" or "emancipated" relationship path. (Swinging/cuckold rather than NTR.) - A normal streamer/sluttier stream split path without touching OnlySluts. - Better and more diverse outfits. There are only three or so. The FMC should also have consistent clothes so that when the MC peeks through her open window she is wearing whatever. - Some dialogue revolving around the FMC getting a wax or trimming. Some of those outfits wouldn't hide pubic hair! - Better thumbnails for streams based on lewdness. An increasing amount of skin or emphasis on the bust or whatnot. An uptick in pink comments seems natural. As it is now FMC rotates between a very modest sweater and a cleavage baring tanktop randomly. - A confrontation over OnlySluts when on the love route. - An "OnlySluts" manager route where the MC isn't possessive and is supportive of FMC's endeavors and she is therefore open with him instead of hiding it. - *Not completely understanding the pink comments very simple operation I mistakenly thought there was some lewd stat decrease from MC/FMC coitus and that by failing to satisfy FMC's monstrous libido led to her unfaithfulness. Which isn't a terrible idea, though it would be potentially annoying gameplay wise. - A better split between Lewd IRL / Angel Online, Angel IRL / Slut Online, Lewd Both, Angel Both. Including exclusive sluttiness for the MC, the Landlord, or both. Having a boyfriend and a fuck-buddy doesn't mean she'd spread her legs for some random homeless man! (Or another tenant if they're ever added.) - Another popular streamer visiting (male or female) has potential. - Some lesbian scenes. - Allowing the MC to cheat on the FMC with another tenant or streamer (or the landlord?! &horror&) thereby allowing mutual NTR would be fantastic. Spoiler: General Noteworthy Praise: + Empty as it is, being able to walk around the complex is fun. + The FMC not being absurdly naive. Her clocking the Landlord's porno as a gangbang based on sound through the wall is deliciously implicating. + The scenes in the shower are of particular enjoyment. + FMC not inviting the Landlord into her room until later in their affair is great. Getting nailed in her own bed is so much more intimate and erotic (and violating, in a sense) than doing a walk of shame. The smell lingers. + The streaming management part is divertingly enjoyable. + I enjoy Koikatsu! models. + The emails notification provides equal measures of anticipation and dread; they're probably the best part. Sexting, NTR especially, is underutilized or usually poorly done in indie porn games. This one does great! + The concept of a female friend using her streaming set up and organized by the MC to secretly do camming is fabulous NTR. + The MC is a perfectly capable lover. Not a fan of direct emasculation or small penis humiliation NTR or ludicrous blackmail. The NTR in this game being based on financial pressure and/or the FMC's fiendish libido (no silly magic crest required!) is absolutely lovely. + Not having gigantic "THIS CAUSES NTR" warnings. Accidentally slipping down a darker path is part of the eroticism! The game desperately needs more feedback on what choices actually do. An in-game app/program that tracks FMC's lewd/horny stat would be a tremendous help. Some automation for the stream set-up would reduce annoyance greatly. A tracker for seen/unseen content would likewise be fantastic; with so many repeatable events that never change (looking at you work-outs) positioned directly next to ones that do (going to the cafe) and the general lack of speed going through the game it becomes tiring trying to find all the combinations. Nameable save would be wonderful. A "skip read dialogue' key is a must. A "sandbox" mode where the player can spawn the various generic scenes/animations would be great . (Which I beleive has been added as of 1.19) There is an issue where the light blows out the colour during the day phase to a debilitating degree. My enthusiasm for the game has led to some fanciful thoughts! The game is apparently ending around February 2026 so the developer can work on a Cafe version of the idea. While I'm saddened by the loss of this game a dev who knows when to call it good is a rare gem indeed. Overall it's a bit of a chump MC, his childhood friend potentially unlocking her torrential libido, and a pervy Landlord. Made with Koikatsu and Godot, and has a simple management aspect. If that fits your fancy give it a shot!

So this game has the perfect scope. I would say that it is one of the best games on the site for those of you who like sandboxes. If you are a person who finds the idea of Voyeurism very hot, this is the game for you. If you find the idea of sex on stream very hot, this is the game for you. If you find the idea of NTR hot, then this is the game for you. If you are looking for pregnancy Content, this is not really the game for you, although there is pregnancy in the endings. Sadly, no breeding, pregnancy sex, cum inflation, or the like. Personally, I do not enjoy NTR but this game also doubles as a perfect voyeur simulator because once the sex begins after missing rent a few times, you can see and hear it happening everywhere. Spying through blurry windows, seeing legs underneath a stall, or hearing the sounds of a bed creaking through a wall are all scenarios that this game is perfect for. You can even increase or decrease the opacity of windows to allow some room for the imagination. As we all know, implied sex is like 2x hotter than implicit sex on average. You play as a simp with three (really two) choices - you can make rent every week, chat up the girl, and manage her streams and you will get the vanilla romance ending. This ending is short, sweet, and has a few vanilla sex scenes. This allows all of us NTR haters to get the "good" ending before going for the ones with better gameplay. Secondly, you can decide to not pay rent and let your Ugly Old Landlord start schmovin' on the Streamer girl. For roleplay purposes, you can play this in multiple ways. The responses the player is given for most dialogue options on this route fall into 3 categories that are all good for roleplaying as the cuck. You can either be Naieve Hentai Protagonist who can't believe his (potential) GF would cheat on him. You can play as the indifferent, detached "I work overseas" hentai protagonist who doesn't really care that your (potential) GF is cheating on him. Or you can play as an F95 Enjoyer who doesn't care if his (potential) GF is cheating on him and is happy so long as there is fucking going on so he can jork his shit crazy style. Either way you decide to justify playing this game, the 2nd ending has the girl getting pregnant from the Landlord and the player leaving either in anger, betrayal, or indifference because their millionaire grindset takes them overseas. Playing the game legit one time is worth it, becasue the basic stream management mini-game is pretty engaging on its own, even if it becomes repetitive. Thankfully, the majority of the sexual content found within this game comes from NOT paying your rent, so it isn't too much of a problem. For 2nd playthroughs, cheating in money is as simple as opening cheat engine or directly editing the saves for the game with a text editor. There are also in-game cheat items that allow you to open and close locked windows and doors (So that you can walk in on Sex Scenes behind closed doors) and an item that allows you to open a complete gallery of all of the animations in the game. These cheat items can be unlocked through play and do not require save editing or anything to unlock. All in all, a 5/5 game. It is hot, it allows you to play out premise's fantasy pretty well, and the game is fun. I don't even like NTR or cheating, but this game is such quality that I think it is worth a look if you are a pervert. (P.S. If you are reading this review, you are definitionally a pervert.)

Also i don't know how the guy bellow me managed to get her to cheat on him, all you have to do is pay rent, which is pretty low and won't go up unless you... don't pay rent? Yeah, if you don't pay rent the rent goes up and up, idk. Give it a shot, one of the best NTR games on here. My only complaint? You can't choose anything but names, oh well...

Solid so far - You might not like this yet if you don't fancy NTR Gameplay 4/5: It's still fairly green, but the core gameplay direction seems solid. You help manage your friends stream, spend money on upgrades and view events based on the direction you take (Romantic/NTR). I'm looking forward to its systems being fully fleshed out, with hopefully more substance to the mechanics around video posting, town interaction, cam site, and heroine control/suggestions. It would also be cool if you could influence the heroines actions in real-time, perhaps through off-cam hyping, or forced exposure. Art 4/5: The scenes seem few right now, with the NTR around the town being the more utilized stage. Model quality isn't too shabby, but customization is quite lacking. It would be cool if there were more obvious, or accidental type scenes, like leaving the window open and such. Streaming with wardrobe malfunctions on the normal platform would be cool to see. Maybe deliberately violating the terms for the in-game streamer site type stuff. A character creator/dress-up feature for the model would be neat as well. Story ?/5: I mean the escalation could use a little work, but that just means more in-between scenes. The story itself seems fairly solid, but too incomplete to give a proper rating.

Starting with the good: The movement is smooth, the childhood friend design looks cute, the UI is good. It was all good enough to get me stuck clicking buttons for over an hour sadly. The bad heavily outweighs the good: The first thing I noticed was that the banner looked nothing like the game sadly. The game graphics looks like it was made with Koikatsu, which, while disappointing, isn't the biggest problem. The real issue is the gameplay loop, which is insanely frustrating. Here's the routine: Go to PC - click stream tab Delete nasty comments Click 'Weddit' tab and check for top games Click stream tab again and go through games by clicking right/left arrow instead of dropdown menu to pick a game for stream. Click on online work and timeskip to evening for $$$. Sleep Every few days, you need to pay rent, change your sponsor, and switch the online course you're taking, and go on dates with the gf. I did all of this for multiple days, only to find her kissing the landlord in his room. You can't confront her about it, stop it, or do anything. She also starts streaming on OnlyFans wearing a wig, but you can still see it's her room in the background, with the same wallpaper and bed. Again, no option to confront her, ask her to stop, or even join her. Oh, and the landlord keeps teasing you about it too. Lmao… I've never seen a game where the main character simps as much as this guy. He doesn't do ANYTHING in his life literally only picks a game for gf, cleans her comments, works online, goes to sleep, no matter what happens or what she does... I'm not super against NTR, but I enjoy it more when there’s a choice involved. If you intentionally make decisions to see her cheating (like not paying rent or managing her stream) it would feel like you forced that outcome on the poor childhood friend, and it could be somehow your choice. This game's lack of choice, combined with the repetitive gameplay loop, makes it pretty bad.

Ill save you a day its not worth it all and all if you like ntr you might like it. since you can practically skip the game loop and fast-forward time. If you don't you'll hate this game as it is most def a ntr game. The energy is mostly in that side of the game the NTR is avoidable and while its nice to win holy fuck that path is so boring that it feels like the game is punishing you. The game's not fun and the lewds are bad. If you came here for vanilla content - there is basically none. Four short sex scenes spread through 8 in-game weeks, with a couple of random/repeatable events. The gameplay is a repetitive and mind-numbingly boring management routine, where every day you: wake up -> check mail -> look at comments -> schedule a video for next day -> check sponsors -> sign up for an educational course -> check if the girl wants to hand out with you -> work remotely -> go sleep -> repeat. The only unique day in this chain of events is the Saturday, where you have to pay rent, and the next day morning event, that depends on whether you've paid or not. I still don't understand if I'm doing everything correctly or not, because the feedback of your actions and decisions is very obfuscated. And to get NTR content you don't have to do much of anything at all, except for skipping time forward. But regardless of the route, mundane actions like running around the apartment complex or talking to the girl take too much time. The writing is passable, there is not a lot a text anyways to seriously complain or praise it.

I don't really do reviews - but I've played dozens and dozens of games on this site (primarily NTR/NTS) and for the first time I've actually felt obligated to throw some stars. It's borderline criminal this game isn't rated higher than it is, and I think a majority of that is due to bugs from earlier releases. But that leads to my first point. This game has constant, regular updates. You can just check the comments in the thread and see the dev actively engages with the players, taking in feedback, comments and criticisms and he acts on them - and the game is getting better for it. It's rare to find a dev this engaged with the community outside of small newer projects like this and it's a huge plus in my book. Keep this up. The open nature of the game is unique, even though the animations and characters aren't incredibly modeled or in depth (and do occasionally have clipping issues, which the dev works to fixing in the thread), the ability to roam the environment and see the action adds an extra level I didn't think would be as effective as it is. Seeing the fMC's silhouette riding the landlord through opaque glass has a heartwrenching effect. And the individual scenes themselves are excellent. The landlord scene where he is getting serviced by her under the window and he talks to the MC is one of the hottest single scenes in an NTR game I've played. And I've played more than a few. The dev gets the psychology of the people that like these sort of games. It's a defensive group and NTR/NTS lovers get a lot of hate and tend to be prickly - and most of it boils down to the psychology of what they like and why they like it. Even in the group itself there is a lot of prickly comments made back and forth as to what defines NTR/NTS and why their reason and style is best. But the dev gets this, he's open to exploring different styles and takes feedback - wanting to have more options, and not less. The narrative and wording used conveys this well. From the fMC being a complete cockgoblin, eagerly begging the landlord to breed her, to her furtive and hesitant responses and lies to the MC about whats really going on in the pictures she sends him, or lying about it being her first time. The dialogue is what carries the game and the dev knows how to use it to stunning effect. This is one of those rare games I've played where I sat thinking about it afterwards, and given many comments and suggestions in the thread, I don't think I'm alone. There is a full narrative arc here, but the core gameplay itself is fairly short and simple - and getting filled out (heh) each update. It's not perfect. The core loop of gameplay is repetitive after a few weeks, but I'd prefer repetitive over grindy any day. The animations and character models are clearly done without a huge amount of resources, but the fMC is still very attractive (and larger than the MC, a rare and welcome surprise for the thirsty SS fans - we know who we are) and the landlord hits that uglybastard trope while still being a unique model. Too many words to say this is clearly a passion project from a dev that Gets It. Probably the most excited I've been for a project since the early Indecent Wife Hana days. Fingers crossed it goes a different direction from that, but as long as things stay the course I'm optomistic.

Maybe one set in fantasy, one set in modern times like this one, but expansive gameplay mechanics. People will look back on this concept here and see it as one of the "first" of this kind.
